How do I reheat my meal in the microwave?

  • Remove plastic lid
  • Heat for 2-3 minutes depending on the size of your meal and your preferred temperature level
  • Let sit for 1 minute
  • Plate and call it your own or eat straight from the container provided!



How do I reheat my meal in a skillet?

  • Heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat
  • If your dish has protein, add to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Add in the remainder of the meal and stir occasionally until warm
  • Let sit for 1 minute
  • Plate and enjoy!



How do I reheat my meal in the oven?

  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Transfer your meal to an oven safe dish
  • Heat for 15 minutes or until your preferred temperature level is reached
  • Let sit for 1 minute
  • Plate and enjoy!
